The new normal is a state of living where people are cautious and learn how to live with COVID-19, the deadly virus. Maybe not to the extent, but change has occurred in our lives due to the catastrophic effect of the Corona Virus.<\/p>\n<p>The most bizarre situation is that we have accepted our life with masks, sanitisers, and social distancing. Yes, for two years, we travelled less or restricted ourselves from it; we prioritised safety rather than any celebration. By following norms, our lives somehow come back on track. The fact is crystal clear; we are enjoying the fruits of the sacrifices we made during the COVID years. If you think from a professional perspective, you can finely differentiate between your old life &amp; new one. All of a sudden, when the entire world shut down, we witnessed a severe impact on the career sector. The massive layoff accelerated the unemployment rate in the job market. Due to the scarcity of the workforce, companies were increasing the workload per employee, causing exacerbated effects on them. In both ways, the job market was trembling. Not all organisations were ready to shift into work from home plan. That created hustle for all, majorly affecting the organisations that were unwillingly going with the flow. However, it was reflected in several scenarios that working from a home job is possible; many organisations shifted entirely to working from anywhere mode. But, after two years of continuous work from home, the majority of the employees are not ready to return to the office. They want flexibility in the work culture. So, the entire working system has been redefined and adapted in accordance with the employees\u2019 benefits.<\/p>\n<p>The solution was the hybrid work culture. Now, most companies are willing to nurture a hybrid work culture, giving employees more flexibility. After a year, the new normal job market was flooded with skilled and talented professionals.<\/p>\n<p>One pandemic indeed led the market to the ground; that pandemic made everyone realise the importance of skills. The more skills you have, the more offers you will receive on your plate. Now think of a person who was stressed out for having no job, now having multiple offers in hand with a better pay scale. Since employees see more opportunities, they tend to leave their current organisations seeking more recognition, work flexibility, and a better pay scale. It took two years getting things to fall under favourable circumstances.
