How do I know my response has been recorded successfully?
You will see a confirmation once you finish, and your rewards are credited to your account accordingly.

How exactly do I earn coins on Panel Station?
You can earn coins by participating in surveys and various engagement activities on the platform.
What is the difference between coins and reward points on Panel Station?
Reward points are earned for successfully completing surveys and can be redeemed for rewards. Coins are earned through engagement activities and certain survey outcomes, such as quota-full or terminated surveys. Coins can also be used to participate in the Bid to Win.
Are there bonus rewards available beyond completing surveys?
Yes. In addition to survey rewards, you may earn coins through engagement activities, special promotions, surprise bonuses, and club membership benefits available on the platform.
What quality standards must I meet to remain eligible for rewards?
To remain eligible for rewards, please provide honest, accurate, and consistent responses when participating in surveys. Failure to meet quality standards may affect your eligibility for rewards or participation in future studies.
Can my rewards be cancelled or forfeited for any reason?
Yes. Rewards may be cancelled or forfeited if there is a violation of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or failure to meet the platform’s quality and participation requirements.
What happens to my rewards if my account remains inactive for a long period?
Reward points expire 365 days after they are earned, regardless of account activity. We encourage you to redeem your points before they expire to make the most of your rewards.
Can I earn rewards from a survey I did not fully complete?
In some cases, yes. If a survey ends due to quota-full or termination conditions, you may receive coins. However, reward points are generally awarded only for successfully completed surveys.
Can club members earn more rewards per survey than standard members?
Yes. Club members receive additional reward points on every successful survey completion, allowing them to earn more rewards than standard members.
What is a 'Bid to Win' contest and how can I enter?
Bid to Win is a contest where members can use their coins for a chance to win exciting rewards. To participate, go to your Dashboard, visit the Bid to Win section, and register yourself for the contest.
Is there a maximum number of coins I can accumulate in my account at one time?
No. There is currently no limit on the number of coins you can accumulate in your account.
How do I dispute a missing reward after completing a survey?

Can I transfer my coins or rewards to another Panel Station account?
No. Coins and reward points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account on which they were earned.

The redemption options available vary by country. Depending on your location, you will be able to redeem your points for gift vouchers.

Rewards are typically processed and delivered within 3–5 working days after your redemption request is submitted.
Can I redeem my rewards as cash or via bank transfer?
No, rewards cannot be redeemed as cash or through a bank transfer. Rewards are provided in the form of vouchers, and the available voucher options may vary by country. You can check your account dashboard to see the redemption options available to you.
Are there any fees or charges when I redeem my rewards?
No, there are no fees or charges when you redeem your rewards on Panel Station. The full value of your redeemed reward is provided to you, subject to the terms and conditions of the selected voucher or gift card.
Can I redeem a partial rewards balance or must I use the full amount?
You can redeem rewards once you reach the minimum redemption threshold. Partial redemption may not be available, so you’ll need enough points for the selected reward. Check your redemption dashboard for available options.
What happens if my redemption request fails or is declined?

You will be notified by email once your redemption request has been processed. You can also check the status anytime in your account under the “Transaction History” section.
Are the redemption options the same across all countries?
No. Options and brands differ from country to country.
Can I gift my earned rewards to another person?
Rewards are issued to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred directly to another person. However, once redeemed, the gift voucher may be used by another person or on another account, subject to the voucher provider’s terms and conditions.
What identification may be required during the redemption process?
No additional identification or verification is required during the redemption process. Once you log in to your account using OTP verification, you can redeem your rewards directly through the platform

What are the Panel Station Exclusive Clubs and how do they work?
Exclusive Clubs are for members who participate consistently. They offer priority survey opportunities, additional rewards, and access to exclusive benefits.
How many club tiers does Panel Station have and what are they called?
There are three clubs: Gold Star Club, Silver Star Club, and Panelists Club.
How do I become eligible to join a TPS Exclusive Club?
By taking part consistently. Panelists Club needs 1 completion, Silver Star 3, and Gold Star 5. The eligibilty depends on completing surveys in a particular month.
What exclusive benefits do all club members receive?
You can get priority access to selected opportunities and additional rewards.
Can I lose my club membership once I have earned it?
Club membership is based on continued participation. If you become inactive or no longer meet the club requirements, your membership status may be reviewed or updated.
How will I be notified when I have been invited to join a club?
When you qualify based on your survey activity, we will send you an invitation on mail to join the club you are eligible for.
Can I be a member of more than one TPS Club at the same time?
No, members can be part of only one TPS Club at a time.
Gold Star Club
What is the Gold Star Club and how do I qualify for membership?
The Gold Star Club is for top members who have completed at least 5 opinion studies.
Do Gold Star Club members get priority access to premium surveys?
Yes. Members receive priority invitations with fewer quota-full issues.
How many additional points per survey do Gold Star Club members earn compared to standard members?
You get an additional 100 reward points for your first three successful survey completions, and an extra bonus 150 reward points for every successful completion thereafter.
Can a Gold Star Club member be downgraded to a lower tier?
Yes. Gold Star Club members may be moved to a lower tier if they become inactive or no longer meet the required participation criteria of completing min. 5 surveys a month.
Silver Star Club
What is the Silver Star Club and how do I qualify for membership?
The Silver Star Club is for consistent members who have completed at least 3 surveys.
What rewards and benefits are exclusive to Silver Star Club members?
You can get an extra 100 reward points per completion, Bid to Win access, and priority invitations.
How do I progress from the Silver Star Club to the Gold Star Club?
You can move from Silver Star to Gold Star by completing more surveys and reaching at least 5 completed surveys a month.
Can I lose my Silver Star Club membership if I become less active?
Yes. Silver Star Club members may be moved to a lower tier if they become inactive or no longer meet the required participation criteria of completing min. 3 surveys a month.
