This Rewards Policy governs the earning, holding, conversion, and management of rewards on The Panel Station (the “platform”). By participating in surveys and engagement activities, you agree to the terms set forth herein. Borderless Access Private Limited (“we”/ “us”/ “our”/ “company”) reserves the right to modify reward structures, earning rates, conversion ratios, and program features at its discretion with reasonable notice. Reward Points and Coins:
Reward Points: Reward Points are the primary incentives you earn for completing surveys and participating in research activities on the platform.
Coins: Coins are issued as a goodwill incentive for your participation in surveys and engagement on the platform. Coins may be granted where you have participated in a survey that is terminated before completion, you have participated in social media contests, by taking quick polls on the platform, by voluntarily converting your accumulated Reward Points, where the survey quota is full, where you are screened out despite attempting participation, or in similar circumstances beyond your control. Coins may also be awarded to encourage ongoing engagement with the platform, including regular logins, exploring features of the platform, completing profile details, and other participation activities. These Coins can be used for participation in the “Bid to Win” program.
The Reward Points and Coins are issued solely to you, are non-transferable, hold no monetary value outside the platform, and may be used only in accordance with this Policy.
Quality Assurance: We reserve the right to review, audit, and validate all survey responses to ensure compliance with our quality standards and participation guidelines. If any responses are determined, at our sole discretion, to be invalid, incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise of poor quality, no Reward Points or Coins shall be credited. Further, any Reward Points or Coins that have already been credited in respect of such responses may be revoked, deducted, or reversed without prior notice.
Surprise gift vouchers and promo codes: We may, at our reasonable discretion, issue surprise gifts in the form of promo codes to selected members. Selection criteria may include, without limitation, participation frequency, survey completion rates, overall engagement levels, or other activity metrics determined by us. Promo codes are personal to the selected member, non-transferable, subject to the applicable issuer’s terms and expiry conditions, and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for Reward Points, Coins, cash, or any other monetary consideration within the platform. The issuance of promo codes does not create any entitlement to future gifts. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program with reasonable notice where feasible. Points Allocation Timeline: Reward Points earned through eligible surveys, engagement activities, profile completion, platform participation, or other qualifying activities will generally be allocated to the member’s account within 24 hours from the time of successful participation or completion.
Allocation may be subject to response validation, quality checks, survey status confirmation, quota verification, system processing, and other internal review processes. In certain cases, allocation may take longer due to technical issues, third-party dependencies, validation delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to withhold, delay, revoke, deduct, or reverse any Reward Points if the related responses are found to be invalid, incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise not in compliance with the platform’s quality standards and participation guidelines.
Disclaimer: All Reward Points, Coins, promo codes, vouchers, and other incentives under this Rewards Policy are promotional benefits offered at our reasonable discretion and do not constitute property, monetary value, stored value, or a vested right. Participation in surveys or platform activities does not guarantee the earning, continuation, or availability of any specific reward, redemption option, conversion ratio, or program feature. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to this Rewards Policy.
We may administer any Reward Points, Coins, redemptions, promo codes, vouchers, or related program benefits under this Rewards Policy through third-party vendors engaged to provide such services on our behalf. While we implement appropriate contractual safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and our internal standards, you acknowledge that certain limited personal information may need to be shared with such vendors solely for reward fulfilment purposes. You are advised to exercise discretion and share only such personal information as is necessary to complete the redemption process.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic loss arising from or relating to:
i. technical failures or system interruptions;
ii. survey disqualifications or quota closures;
iii. delays in allocation or redemption;
iv. expired, unavailable, suspended, or cancelled rewards;
v. third-party vendor actions, omissions, or service failures;
vi. unauthorized access or account misuse; or
vii. any circumstances beyond our control.
