This Redemption Policy governs the redemption of Reward Points, Coins, voucher codes, and related benefits, and sets out the applicable terms, conditions, and member obligations in connection with such redemptions available to you by participating in the surveys available at The Panel Station (the “platform”) which is operated by Borderless Access Private Limited (“we”/ “us”/ “our”/ “company”).
Redemption of Reward Points: Reward Points may be redeemed only upon reaching the applicable minimum redemption threshold. Such thresholds may vary by country, market, or reward type and will be communicated on the Website or within the platform. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, update, or modify the applicable thresholds at any time.
Redemption Options: Reward Points may be redeemed for gift vouchers or other options introduced by the company, subject to availability and regional variation.
Processing Timeline: Redemptions are processed weekly. Members can expect to receive their selected redemption option within 5–6 days from the date of redemption. Delays caused by third-party providers are outside the Company’s control.
Upon submission and successful processing of a redemption request, the transaction shall be final, binding, and irreversible. Redemption requests cannot be cancelled, modified, reversed, or exchanged once confirmed. The corresponding Reward Points or Coins shall be deducted from the member’s account immediately upon processing.
You shall be solely and exclusively responsible for any and all costs, liabilities, and financial obligations arising out of or in connection with the receipt, acceptance, redemption, or use of any prize, reward, voucher, or benefit, including without limitation all applicable taxes (direct or indirect), statutory dues, withholding obligations, service charges, surcharges, transaction fees, and any other levies, duties, or incidental expenses imposed by any governmental authority, regulatory body, financial institution, or third party. The company shall have no responsibility or liability in respect of the same.
Points and Coins Conversion Framework:
Voluntary Conversion
A. Conversion of Reward Points to Coins:
You may, at your sole discretion and subject to eligibility criteria and platform policies, elect to convert accumulated Reward Points into Coins at the conversion rate of 1 Reward Point = 10 Coins. Voluntary conversion requests are subject to system validation and approval by the company. Once processed, such conversion shall be final, binding, and irreversible, and the converted Reward Points shall be permanently deducted from your account. Converted Coins shall be governed exclusively by the terms applicable to Coins under the Rewards Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue voluntary conversion features, including the applicable conversion rate, at its sole discretion.
Automatic Conversion (Inactivity):
We may, at our sole discretion, automatically convert accumulated Reward Points into Coins at the rate of 1 Reward Point = 5 Coins in cases where your account is deemed inactive. For the purposes of this Policy, inactivity shall be determined based on criteria established by the company, which may include the absence of logins, survey participation, redemptions, or other engagement activities within specified timeframes. We reserve the absolute right to define, revise, interpret, and apply inactivity rules, timelines, and thresholds without prior notice. Any automatic conversion undertaken pursuant to this clause shall be binding and irreversible, and members shall not be entitled to reconversion of Coins into Reward Points or to claim any difference in value.
We may administer any Reward Points, Coins, redemptions, promo codes, vouchers, or related program benefits under this Rewards Policy through third-party vendors engaged to provide such services on our behalf. While we implement appropriate contractual safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and our internal standards, you acknowledge that certain limited personal information may need to be shared with such vendors solely for reward fulfilment purposes. You are advised to exercise discretion and share only such personal information as is necessary to complete the redemption process.
We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific redemption option, reward, or voucher at any time and shall not be responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, availability, quality, delivery, or performance of any third-party voucher issuer or reward provider. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, withdraw, suspend, or substitute any redemption option with an alternative reward of equivalent value, as reasonably determined by us.
