General User Conditions 

Any and all individuals engaging with The Panel Station are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, hereinafter also referred to as general user conditions. By participating in The Panel Station, you undertake to abide by and agree to be bound by the general user conditions set by the Company. 
During the registration process, users must acknowledge and accept these terms by selecting the consent checkbox. This action signifies a legally binding agreement to comply with all applicable policies and guidelines. Continued participation in surveys, research activities, and other platform offerings is contingent upon adherence to these terms. 

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. We will send a formal email to inform you of any change in the Terms & Conditions policies. However, we recommend that you regularly refer to the latest version of the Terms & Conditions, which are always available on the site.  

Who We Are and What We Do 

The Panel Station is an online community where individuals participate in market research studies through paid online surveys. We connect businesses seeking consumer insights with people willing to share their opinions. Through surveys and feedback opportunities, Our members help shape products and services while earning rewards for their time and effort. 

1.    Use of this Website and the Contract Between Us 

1.1.   In this Agreement the terms "you" and "the member" mean the individual completing the registration process to become a member of The Panel Station program. 

1.2.   You agree to use this Website and the App in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. 

1.3. The offer by Company to take part in surveys and research sent by The Panel Station and your acceptance of that offer by providing the information that We request, brings into existence a legally binding contract between us which shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein under and any supplemental policies which Company has in place. 

1.4.   Once you have submitted your answers to Our joining questionnaire you become a member of The Panel Station program. 

1.5. This Agreement is a contract for the provision of services, and nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a legal partnership, an agent-principal relationship, or an employer-employee relationship between you and the Company. This Agreement is an independent contractual arrangement, where you, as a panelist, voluntarily participate in surveys and other activities offered by the Company. Your participation does not establish any employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship, and you are not entitled to employment benefits, wages, or other compensation beyond the incentives explicitly stated by the Company. 

2.   Use of The Panel Station Site Features and Our Services 

Permitted Users/Eligibility 

We prohibit anyone from using The Panel Station Features or Services who is under eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction to be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements  

In the event that an activity on the Panel Station platform requires participation by an individual who has not yet reached the legal age of majority, the Company shall obtain prior consent from the minor's parent(s) or legal guardian. Such consent shall explicitly authorize the minor's participation in the specific activity, acknowledge the terms of engagement, and confirm the parent's or legal guardian's understanding of the activity's nature and potential implications.  

Things You Can Do on Our Website  

A. Online Surveys 

Survey Participation Guidelines 

Members can register for The Panel Station via the Website or via the App. Members must submit the required registration form on the Website and answer basic profiling questions to complete the registration process. To qualify for survey participation, both online registration and account activation are mandatory. The Panel Station is not responsible for any computer, network, electronic, or internet malfunctions or failures, including unauthorized human intervention or technical errors in capturing entry information. 

By participating in these surveys, members acknowledge and agree to the following comprehensive terms and conditions: 

1. Survey Eligibility:

a.    Participation in paid online surveys is strictly limited to registered members who have successfully, registered, completed the verification process and meet the specific demographic, geographical, and qualification criteria established for each individual survey. The Panel Station reserves the absolute discretion to determine member eligibility for any given survey. 

2. Compensation Structure: 

a.      Compensation for survey completion is determined based on survey complexity, estimated completion time, and specific research requirements. 

b.    Upon survey completion and quality verification of answers compensation shall be credited to the member's account in the form of reward points as predetermined by The Panel Station. 

c.      The monetary value of compensation will be clearly communicated prior to survey commencement. 

3. Survey Integrity and Compliance: 

a.       Members are obligated to provide accurate, honest, and genuine responses. 

b.       Fabrication, misrepresentation, or submission of fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. 

c.       The Panel Station employs advanced verification mechanisms to detect and prevent fraudulent survey submissions. 

4. Confidentiality and Data Usage: 

a.       All survey responses are treated as confidential and are utilized exclusively for market research purposes. 

b.       Personal identifiable information is anonymized and processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. 

c.       Members grant The Panel Station irrevocable rights to use, analyze, and report aggregated survey insights. 

5. Survey Participation Constraints: 

a.        The surveys will be assigned based on the profile filled by the member and on the relevance of the survey. 

b.       Survey invitations are distributed based on complex algorithmic matching of member profiles with research requirements. 

c.        The Panel Station is not obligated to provide equal survey opportunities to all members.

6. Termination:  
   
   

Termination by Company:  

a.       Company may terminate this Agreement and your membership of the Panel Station immediately if you are in breach of this Agreement or applicable laws. 

b.       We may terminate this Agreement or may modify the terms of this Agreement, at any time with/without notice or cause.  

       Termination by User: 

a.    You can terminate this Agreement at any time by unsubscribing from The Panel Station by choosing the ‘Unsubscribe’ option on your dashboard. The termination of membership will take effect immediately. You can choose to resubscribe by selecting the ‘Resubscribe’ option in the login page. 

b.   You may also choose to delete your account by clicking on the "Unsubscribe and Delete" button. Upon initiating this request, all your stored data will be permanently removed from our system. The account deletion process will be completed within seven business days from the date of your request.  

7. Limitations and Disclaimers: 

a.    The Panel Station reserves the right to: a) Reject survey submissions; b) Withhold compensation for non-compliant or incomplete responses or if withholding the compensation is required by any government authority or under applicable law; c) Modify survey terms without prior notice; and d) Terminate member participation at its sole discretion

Obligations of The Panel Station

1. The Panel Station shall facilitate the following workflow for Members to participate in surveys and redeem their rewards. 
   
   

2. Survey Eligibility: The Panel Station will assess your eligibility to participate in each survey based on predefined criteria, such as your profile information and the requirements of the survey. 
   
   

3. Qualifying Questions: If you are eligible for a survey, you may be asked to answer qualifying questions to determine your suitability for the full survey. Only after successfully completing these qualifying questions will you be allowed to proceed to the main survey. However, you will not get reward points for answering qualifying questions. 
   
   

4. Survey Completion and reward points Earned: Upon successfully completing a survey, you will earn a specified number of reward points. These reward points are credited to your The Panel Station Account once the survey responses are reviewed and approved. Responses that do not meet quality standards, are incomplete, or are deemed confusing or meaningless will not qualify for reward points.   
   
   

5. Survey Participation: The Panel Station is under no obligation to select any panel member to answer survey questions. Participation in surveys is determined by the specific requirements of The Panel Station’s clients and the random selection of eligible members from those who meet the criteria. 
   
   

6. The Panel Station reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equivalent value to the payment method you have selected; and 
   
   

7. Modify the value of the reward Points for answering survey and research questions 
   
   

The Panel Station shall not be obliged to facilitate the redemption of reward points for gift vouchers to a member in the following situations: 

1. Whose Account balance does not meet the minimum required level of reward Points. 

2. If you remain inactive for a period of 12 months from the date of your last activity with the Company, The Panel Station reserves the right to invalidate or cancel any accumulated reward Points in your Account. For clarity, "inactivity" includes, but is not limited to, failing to log in to The Panel Station or failing to participate in any survey for which you have been selected. 

3. The Company may, at its sole discretion, disassociate you from The Panel Station without prior notice if you fail to comply with the terms outlined in this clause. Upon invalidation, your reward Points will no longer be available for redemption or use. You agree that the Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, claims, or liabilities resulting from the invalidation of your reward Points. 

4. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that any reward points earned and accumulated during your engagement with The Panel Station, which remain unused for a period exceeding 12 months, will be converted into coins at a ratio of 1 point : 5 coins. This conversion will occur automatically on a monthly basis. 

Obligation of Members 

The Member warrants: 

1.       That they are of Legal Age. 

2.       That they are not Corporations or other business entities as they are not eligible to become Members. 

3.    That they are legal residents of any of the: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, France, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America or Vietnam. 

4.      That they shall not register with The Panel Station more than once. 

5.      That they will not attempt to answer a survey more than once, either by using more than one name or more than one email address to enter into a survey. 

6.    They will be honest in their approach to the research, for example they will not provide confusing or meaningless answers, randomly select answer options without reading the questions etc. 

7.    That they will provide truthful responses for each survey without rushing through the questions (e.g., straight lined responses) or providing gibberish responses on open ended questions. 

8.    Company has no obligation in respect of any tax or service fee due on the Reward given to a member and the member shall be responsible for declaring any income received from Company under this Agreement. 

9.      The member is obliged to claim payment from The Panel Station via the procedures set out on the Website. 

The Panel Station Rewards 

1. Reward Points 

Reward points are the primary rewards earned by members for completing surveys and participating in research activities on The Panel Station. The Company reserves the right to adjust the reward point values, earning rates, and redemption options at its discretion with reasonable notice. 

1.   Redemption of Reward Points: Once the required redemption threshold is reached, reward points can be redeemed for gift vouchers. Redemption threshold may vary by market and will be clearly communicated to members on the Website. Redemptions are processed on a weekly basis, and members can expect to receive their chosen redemption option within 5-6 days from the date of redemption. 

2.    Quality Assurance: The Panel Station reserves the right to review and validate your survey responses to ensure they meet quality standards. If responses are found to be invalid, incomplete, or of poor quality, no reward points will be credited to your Account.

2. Coins 

Coins represent a secondary digital currency exclusively used for participation in the Bid to Win program and other promotional activities on The Panel Station platform. Members may acquire Coins through voluntary conversion of reward points or through automatic conversion triggered by account inactivity, subject to the conversion rates specified in these Terms. Coins can also be earned by participating in various activities like social media contests, quick polls on dashboard and engagement surveys.  All Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no monetary value outside The Panel Station ecosystem. 

3. Points and Coins Conversion 

The Company establishes a structured reward point and coin conversion framework with the following characteristics: 

a) Voluntary reward point to Coin Conversion: 

·        Conversion rate: One (1) Reward Point shall be equivalent to Ten (10) Coins. 

·        Conversion is elective and subject to current platform policies.

b) Automatic Conversion (Triggered by member inactivity in terms of redemption and/or participation): 

·        Conversion rate: One (1) Reward Point shall be equivalent to Five (5) Coins. 

·        Automatic conversion occurs when member fails to engage with the platform within specified timeframes. 

4. Surprise Gifts Vouchers and Promo Codes: 
   As a token of appreciation for your continued engagement and participation in various activities on The Panel Station, We may, at our sole discretion, send surprise gifts in the form of promo codes to selected members. These promo codes may include discount coupons or gift vouchers from popular brands. 

1.        Selection Process: 

·     Members eligible to receive these promo codes will be chosen randomly, based on factors such as participation frequency, survey completion rates, or overall engagement with The Panel Station platform. 

·        The selection process is entirely at the discretion of The Panel Station, and no member is guaranteed to receive such gifts. 

2.        Usage of Promo Codes: 

·        Promo codes are provided as a gesture of appreciation and are non-transferable. 

·        Members are under no obligation to use these promo codes, and unused codes will expire as per the terms specified by the issuing brand or The Panel Station. 

3.        Non-Convertibility: 

·     Promo codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for reward Points, Coins, cash or any other form of monetary value or compensation on The Panel Station platform. 

·        These codes hold no monetary value within The Panel Station ecosystem and are solely intended for use with the respective brands or services as specified. 

4.        Terms and Conditions: 

·        The use of promo codes is subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuing brand or The Panel Station. 

·        The Panel Station reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the surprise gifts program at any time without prior notice. 

5.        No Guarantee: 

·        Receipt of promo codes is not guaranteed and does not create any entitlement to future gifts or rewards. 

·        The Panel Station is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or redemption of promo codes issued by third-party brands. 

6.        Coupon Validity & Expiry: 

·        Each coupon has a specified validity period, as mentioned in the offer details. Expired coupons will not be accepted. 

Winner’s Financial Obligation 

The winner shall be solely responsible for: 

·        All taxes associated with prize acquisition 

·        Any applicable service fees 

Additional charges or levies related to prize receipt or utilization 

B. Exclusive Club Membership 

Gold Star Club  

Required Eligibility 

·        The user should have completed at least 5 surveys successfully in their lifetime with The Panel Station. 

·        Entry is invitation-based and requires explicit opt-in. 

 Benefits 

·        4 guaranteed surveys/month with zero terminations and unlimited quotas. 

·        Priority invitations to high-quality surveys with lower screen-out risk. 

·        Bonus Points Structure:  

·        +100 points for the first 3 successful survey completes (excluding guaranteed surveys). 

·        +150 points for each subsequent successful survey complete (excluding guaranteed surveys). 

·        Access to Pulse Polls with 5X Coin Rewards = 5000 COINS. 

·        Entry to Exclusive Bid & Win campaigns for large-value rewards. 

Bonus Points are add-on points on top of designated survey points. For example, if a survey has 200 points and 100 bonus points; upon successful completion of the survey, you will receive 300 points.

Silver Star Club  

Required Eligibility 

·        The user should have completed at least 3 surveys successfully in their lifetime with The Panel Station. 

·        Invitation-only with opt-in required. 

Benefits 

·        2 guaranteed surveys/month with no termination or quotafull issues. 

·        Priority access to available surveys. 

·        +100 points for every successful survey complete (excluding guaranteed surveys). 

·        Access to Pulse Polls with 2X Coin Rewards = 2000 Coins. 

·        Entry to Exclusive Bid & Win reward campaigns.  

Panelist Club  

Required Eligibility

·        The user should have completed at least 1 survey successfully in their lifetime with The Panel Station. 

·        Requires opt-in post invitation. 

 Benefits 

·        Invitation to participate in a 4-Survey Streak (short 4–5-minute surveys). 

·        No screen-outs or quota caps. 

·        Earn 500 points for completing all 4 surveys (~20 mins LOI). 

·        +50 points for every successful regular survey complete (excluding streak surveys). 

Fraud Policy 

·        Strict zero-tolerance policy. 

·    Members found engaging in fraudulent activity like use of artificial intelligence, speeding, multiple accounts, inconsistent responses or violating the Terms and Conditions of The Panel Station will face:  

·        Immediate removal from the club. 

·        Forfeiture of all bonus points and coin earnings from the club. 

·        Possible permanent account suspension. 

 General Disclaimers 

·        The Panel Station reserves the right to:  

·        Modify, discontinue, or pause the club structure or benefits at any time. 

·        Validate and verify data regularly. 

·        Revoke access due to fraud or abuse of platform. 

 Communication Consent 

·        By opting into any club, the user consents to receive regular communications via email/SMS/WhatsApp/push notifications related to:  

·        Club benefits 

·        Survey invitations 

·        Status updates 

·        Coin balance, poll invites, and bid programs  

C. Bid to Win  

Program Overview and Interpretation 

The Bid to Win program ("Program") is an exclusive feature offered by The Panel Station, enabling registered members to participate in competitive bidding mechanisms for potential prize acquisition. 

Upon successful registration with The Panel Station, the entrant or the Member will be eligible to participate in surveys. For each successfully completed survey, Members will earn redeemable points. Members have the option to convert these Points into Coins, which can then be used to participate in "Bid to Win" contests. Members also will receive Coins if they hit a survey roadblock such as survey termination or survey quota full. Coins can also be earned by participating in various fun activities like social media contests, quick polls and engagement surveys which can be used in Bid to Win. 

Bidding Process  

1.        To enter the contest, the Member has to surrender a base value of Coins. 

2.        When the minimum required number of participants has entered the contest, the bidding process will commence. 

3.        Members have the opportunity to outbid fellow participants to claim the prize. 

4.        At the end of the bidding period, the highest bidder will win the prize. 

a.    Contest Initiation and Progression 

Bid to Win contests shall be governed by the following procedural framework: 

·        Contests will commence upon achieving a minimum participant threshold. 

·        Members may incrementally bid and strategically outbid fellow contestants. 

·        The bidding process shall be time-bound.  

·        At the end of the bidding period, the highest bidder will win the prize. 

 b.    Winner Selection, Notification and Prize Claim Protocols 

·       Winners shall be determined based on the bid amount surrendered by the member. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and the Coins bid for that specific contest. 

·        No prize transfers or cash redemption are permitted. 

·        The Panel Station reserves the right to change the prize without providing any written notice. 

·        Notification: Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of winning the bid. 

 c.    General Conditions 

By accepting the prize, the winner grants The Panel Station the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, biographical details, photograph and video for any lawful purpose without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this bid, all members agree to release The Panel Station, its clients, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in this bid, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in or from any prize-related activity. Claims based on rights of publicity, privacy, defamation, or prize delivery are also released. All entries become the property of The Panel Station. Information collected will be used subject to The Panel Station’s Privacy Policy. 

 d.    Disclaimer 

The Panel Station, including its parent company Borderless Access Pvt. Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated entities (collectively "the Company"), hereby explicitly disclaims: 

a)        Any and all responsibilities for defaults, defects, or functional limitations of prizes awarded through the Bid to Win Program; 

b)       Any express or implied warranties regarding the usability, performance, or functionality of awarded products, except as mandatorily required by applicable law; 

c)        Liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: 

·        Prize acquisition 

·        Prize usage 

·        Inability to use awarded products 

·        Any defects or malfunctions in awarded prizes 

Limitation on Liability 

1.      Company shall not be liable to you or to any other person or entity in any way, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website and the App including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, lost revenue or profits, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, this Website. 

2.     If any part of this limitation of liability clause is found to be unenforceable, that specific part will be removed. The remaining provisions will still apply, and the Company's liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. 

3.        Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit the liability of Company for: 

·        Death or personal injury arising from its negligence; or 

·        Liability arising from fraud. 

Intellectual Property Rights 

1. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this Website, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and entire contents of the Website are owned by Borderless Access Private Limited. Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates shall own any and all the rights and title on their trademarks, logos and/ or wordmarks used in connection with the Website are owned by Company unless otherwise indicated.  

2. You may not copy, modify, alter, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise use any material on this Website in whole or in part, unless you have obtained the prior written consent of Company. 

Disclaimer of Warranty 

1. Separate terms and conditions may apply to certain products, services and materials available through this Website, including but not limited to, any information, questionnaires, surveys, material, or other related information, provided on or through this Website. If this is the case it will be brought to your attention. Subject to this, no express or implied warranties of any kind are made in respect of this Website or the products, services and materials available through it. 

2. Company does not warrant that this Website and the App, will operate uninterrupted or error/virus free or that the information on this Website is accurate or complete. 

3. BORDERLESS ACCESS PRIVATE LIMITED. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON -INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES THAT, LIMIT, RESTRICT OR PREVENT ACCESS OR CONNECTION TO, OR USE OF, THE WEBSITE. 

4. The Website and the App together or individually is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, you must take regular backup and maintain copies of your data.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law  

1.  Data Protection: All personal information you provide to The Panel Station will be handled according to Our Privacy Policy. 
   
   

2. Changes to Terms of Use: We may periodically improve Our Website and services, which may require updates to this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with immediate effect, and may or may not notify you of such changes. Your continued use of the Website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. The Panel Station program or App may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. 
   
   

3. Entire Agreement: This Agreement replaces all previous agreements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the complete agreement relating to the subject matter (except that neither party excludes liability for fraudulent pre-contractual misrepresentation that the other party can be shown to have relied upon).
    

4. No Waiver: If either party fails to enforce any provision or address any breach of these terms, this does not waive the right to enforce such provisions in the future. Remedies provided to you are effective only for the specific instance and purpose for which they were given. 
   
   

5. Force Majeure: Neither The Panel Station nor you will be held responsible for damages, delays, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to: mob violence, fire, flood, riots, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, or any similar circumstances that make performance illegal or impossible. 
   
   

Both parties irrevocably agree that courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from this Agreement or the relationship established by it. All parties submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
